Cookie Jar London, an independent bakery known for its freshly baked artisan cookies, invited us to create a special video that showcases the entire process behind their delicious cookies—from creation to delivery. Established in 2021, the bakery has quickly earned a reputation for its high-quality, handcrafted cookies, and our task was to capture the essence of their operations in a way that highlights both the artistry and care that goes into every batch. In addition to this, we also featured their one-year anniversary as part of the video, underscoring their growth and success.

Challenges & Approach

The challenge here was to create a video that not only demonstrated the precision and craftsmanship of Cookie Jar London’s cookie-making process but also highlighted the care they take in packaging and delivering these cookies to customers. We needed to find a balance between showcasing the behind-the-scenes magic in the kitchen and telling the story of how these cookies reach their customers, all while celebrating the bakery’s one-year milestone.

We worked closely with the Cookie Jar team to film the baking process—from mixing the dough to the final stages of delivery—and to capture the personal touches they bring to every order. This approach allowed us to highlight the artistry and dedication that goes into their cookies, while also incorporating their anniversary as a celebration of their success.
